4月23日,Advanced Science在線發表了中國科學院上海營養與健康研究所馮英研究組等完成的題為Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Reveals Heterogeneity of Myf5-Derived Cells and Altered Myogenic Fate in the Absence of SRSF2的最新研究成果。該研究闡釋了剪接蛋白SRSF2在小鼠骨骼肌發育過程中的調控與作用機制。
