5月26日，最後一集將會上線播出，《老友記》的主演詹妮弗·安妮斯頓將會到場參與錄製。據透露，艾倫在節目結束前兩周情緒非常激動，一直在哭。

During the two weeks in the run up to the finale of her long-running talk show, Ellen DeGeneres was emotional, sources told Page Six.「Ellen’s been crying a lot. The whole few weeks leading up to the finale were very emotional.」

4 月 28 日，64 歲的德傑尼勒斯在加利福尼亞州伯班克的華納兄弟工作室拍攝了最後一集《艾倫秀》。

At the Warner Bros. studios in Burbank, Calif., that she has called home for almost 20 years, DeGeneres, 64, filmed her final episode of 「The Ellen DeGeneres Show」 on April 28.

最後一集將於 5 月 26 日播出，嘉賓陣容強大，包括詹妮弗·安妮斯頓和平克——二人都曾在2003 年 9 月 8 日參與第一期節目。

The last show, which will air May 26, features an A-list lineup of guests, including Jennifer Aniston and Pink — both of whom appeared on the very first episode on September 8, 2003.

比莉·艾利什、米歇爾·奧巴馬、賈斯汀·汀布萊克和扎克·埃夫隆也將參與最後幾期節目錄製。

Billie Eilish, Michelle Obama, Justin Timberlake and Zac Efron also turned up for the last few shows.

主持人艾倫在近日接受《好萊塢記者》的採訪時，公開表示節目對她已經沒有什麼挑戰性了，她需要不斷的挑戰，所以選擇退出節目。

「When you're a creative person, you constantly need to be challenged — and as great as this show is, and as fun as it is, it's just not a challenge anymore,」 DeGeneres tells The Hollywood Reporter, discussing the move publicly for the first time.

華納兄弟無劇本電視總統頻道的麥克·達內爾在一份聲明中說：「儘管天下沒有不散的好節目，但你仍然可以希望真正的偉大節目永遠不會結束。」

多年來，《艾倫秀》成為超級明星和令人難以置信的感人故事的首選目的地。

《艾倫秀》（The Ellen DeGeneres Show）作為美國CBS電視台的熱門脫口秀，於2003年9月播出，節目主要內容是由主持人艾倫和眾多世界知名人士或者熱門話題人物進行詼諧幽默的對話。

美國前總統奧巴馬，百萬富翁比爾蓋茨，球星科比布萊恩特，歌手「麻辣雞」妮琪·米娜以及我國著名影星成龍都曾受邀參與過《艾倫秀》。

而她除了邀請各界名人，也會邀請很多普通人上節目，她會採訪一些家庭條件困難的，生了病卻沒錢治病的等等家庭的事跡，並表示鼓勵與支持。

一直以來，《艾倫秀》一直以來所宣傳的節目理念就是「Be kind」，在觀眾眼中，艾倫為人幽默風趣，正直善良，她一直都是好萊塢善良的代表。

5年前，她在她的情景喜劇《艾倫》中出櫃，並在《時代》雜誌的封面上宣布:「是的，我是同性戀。」

奧巴馬總統授予她總統自由勳章。她獲得了肯尼迪中心的馬克吐溫美國幽默獎，她的電視節目贏得了日間艾美獎。

President Obama awarded her the Presidential Medal of Freedom. She won the Kennedy Center's Mark Twain Award for American Humor, and her TV show won a Daytime Emmy.

《紐約時報》寫了關於德傑尼勒斯的報道。在文章中，她的妻子、女演員波西亞·德羅西(Portia de Rossi)鼓勵她離開脫口秀節目。

而在2019年，有工作人員指控《艾倫秀》的節目組工作環境惡劣，稱艾倫對員工「不負責」！

去年五月，德傑尼勒斯宣布停播節目。10 個月前，Buzzfeed 新聞曝光了對於節目惡劣工作環境的指控。

DeGeneres announced her exit last May. It came 10 months after a Buzzfeed News exposé detailed allegations of a toxic workplace on the Ellen set.

工作人員稱，他們被禁止直接與德傑尼勒斯交談。這位明星也因不為員工的福祉負責而受到抨擊。

Staffers alleged they were banned from speaking directly to DeGeneres, and the star was blasted for not taking responsibility for her workers』 well-being.

一名前員工還對該新聞網站透露，他們在該節目組工作時遭遇了種族歧視。

One former employee also told the site that they had experienced racism while working on the show, which has won over 60 Emmy Awards since it first aired in 2003.

還有前員工指責執行製片人埃德·格拉文、凱文·萊曼和聯合執行製片人喬納森·諾曼性騷擾他人。在第18季首映時，艾倫就這些指控向觀眾道歉。

Others accused executive producer Ed Glavin — whom former 「Ellen DeGeneres Show」 producer Hedda Muskat dubbed DeGeneres』「barking dog」 — of inappropriate touching, and leading with intimidation and fear. Executive producer Kevin Leman and co-executive producer Jonathan Norman were also accused of sexual harassment by former staff.
