最近，美國海軍CVN76里根號航空母艦再次在南海執行所謂的「自由航行」（freedom of navigation exercise）軍事行動。

該航母於7月10日通過琉球海-蘇拉威西海-蘇祿海-巴拉克水道的方式闖入南海執行任務，並且在7月13日進行了艦載機的密集起降。

美國此舉完全是司馬昭之心，路人皆知。

同樣是在7月13日，美國「本福德」號導彈驅逐艦未經中國政府批准，非法闖入中國西沙領海。

CGTN在文章《PLA warned off U.S. warship trespassing in China's territorial waters: spokesperson》中寫道：

The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) said Wednesday that it had monitored and warned off the U.S. destroyer USS Benfold after it sailed into waters off the Xisha Islands in the South China Sea without permission from the Chinese government.

南部戰區新聞發言人田軍里空軍大校表示，7月13日，美國"本福德」號導彈驅逐艦未經中國政府批准，非法闖入中國西沙領海，中國人民解放軍南部戰區組織海空兵力進行跟蹤監視並予以警告驅離。

The U.S. military's action has infringed upon China's sovereignty and security interests, undermined peace and stability in the South China Sea, and violated international law and norms governing international relations.

美軍行徑嚴重侵犯中國主權和安全，嚴重破壞南海地區和平穩定，嚴重違反國際法和國際關係準則，是其大搞航行霸權製造南海軍事化的又一鐵證。

田軍里空軍大校還怒批美國是不折不扣的「南海安全風險製造者」：

"Facts have once again proved that the United States is in every sense a 'security risk maker in the South China Sea' and a 'destroyer of regional peace and stability'".

「事實再次說明，美國是不折不扣的「南海安全風險製造者」、」地區和平穩定破壞者」 。」

「本福德」號是非法闖入中國領海的「慣犯」。2021年7月12日、9月8日以及今年1月20日，「本福德」號就執行了好幾次同性質的任務。

根據Wikipedia提供的信息來看：

USS Benfold (DDG-65) is an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer in the United States Navy.

「本福德」號（DDG-65）是美國海軍的阿利伯克級驅逐艦。

Benfold is a multi-mission platform capable of AAW (Anti-Aircraft Warfare) with the powerful AEGIS combat systems suite and anti-aircraft missiles, ASW (Anti-submarine warfare), with towed sonar array, anti-submarine rockets, ASUW (Anti-surface warfare) with a Harpoon missile launcher, and strategic land strike using Tomahawk missiles.

「本福德」號可執行多個作戰任務，能夠使用強大的宙斯盾作戰系統套件和防空導彈進行AAW（防空戰），使用拖曳聲納陣列進行ASW（反潛戰），可使用反潛火箭，使用魚叉導彈發射器進行ASUW（反水面戰），使用戰斧導彈進行戰略地面打擊。

面對這樣一艘導彈驅逐艦，中國艦隊立即對其進行跟蹤監視及警告驅離。同時第一時間將對方侵犯我國主權，違反國際法和國際原則的非法事實公布於眾。

在解放軍的嚴密監視之下，「本福德」號的火炮和火控雷達一直都處於起始位置。

《環球時報》（Global Times）在文章中指出，「這一行為再次證明了美國在南海問題上的兩面性」：

This exposed the U.S.' double-faced behavior of saying one thing and doing another, observers said.

觀察人士表示，這暴露了美國說一套做一套的兩面派行為。

The U.S. vessel probably attempted to justify its "innocent passage" under the monitoring of the PLA, analysts said,in a move thatreflected the PLA's growing confidence and readiness against US provocations.

分析人士表示，這艘美國軍艦可能試圖為其在解放軍監視下的「無害通過」辯護，而且此舉反映出了中國人民解放軍對美國挑釁日益增強的信心和準備。

美國海軍想動用航空母艦闖入南海，刷一下存在感，向解放軍施壓，但又怕自己遭遇威懾，就採取繞道走的方式在南海顯示存在感。

「被抓了現行」，可美國卻「惡人先告狀」，拿着「自由航行」說事兒。CNN在文章中寫道：

Lingo, the US 7th Fleet spokesperson, said the sailing of the US destroyer "upheld the rights, freedoms, and lawful uses of the sea recognized in international law."

美國第七艦隊發言人尼古拉斯·林戈中尉說美國驅逐艦的航行「維護了國際法承認的海洋權利、航行自由和合法利用」。

"Under international law ... the ships of all states -- including their warships -- enjoy the right of innocent passage through the territorial sea." the US Navy statement said.

「根據國際法……所有國家的船隻——包括其軍艦——都享有無害通過領海的權利。」美國海軍聲稱。

"International law does not permit continental States, like the PRC, to establish baselines around entire dispersed island groups. With these baselines, the PRC has attempted to claim more internal waters, territorial sea, exclusive economic zone, and continental shelf than it is entitled to under international law," the 7th Fleet statement said, referring to the People's Republic of China.

「國際法不允許大陸國家，如中國，在整個分散的島嶼群周圍建立海岸線。有了這些海岸線，中國試圖主張的內水、領海、專屬經濟區和大陸架超過其根據國際法有權主張的範圍，」第七艦隊發言人聲明說，其話頭指向中國。

The PLA said Wednesday the US Navy was increasing tensions in the region. "Facts once again show that the United States is an out-and-out 'South China Sea Risk Maker' and 'Disruptors of Regional Peace and Stability,'" the PLA statement said.

解放軍周三表示，美國海軍正在加劇該地區的緊張局勢。解放軍聲明說：「事實再次表明，美國是徹頭徹尾的『南海風險製造者』和『地區和平與穩定的破壞者』」。

美國嘴上說着要維護「無害通過」的權利，可實際上「本福德」號在距離海南海岸約322公里的地方駛入西沙海域，這已經構成了對中國國家主權和領土安全的挑釁。

而這種通過挑釁獲得權利的方式，是美國一貫的操作。

雖然證據確鑿，但西方媒體仍然歪曲事實，認為「美國是對的」。路透社在文章中寫道：

The destroyer USS Benfold asserted navigational rights and freedoms in the South China Sea near the Paracel Islands, consistent with international law.

美國驅逐艦「本福德」號在西沙群島附近的中國南海主張航行權利和自由，符合國際法。

The United States is defending every country's right to fly, sail, and operate wherever international law allows.

美國正在捍衛每個國家在國際法允許的任何地方飛行、航行和作戰的權利。

西方極力美化的「美國全球警察」形象，實質上是各種戰爭、災難的罪魁禍首，這已是不爭的事實。

中美外長建設性會晤剛結束，「本福德」號就跑到中國南海搞航行霸權，這一切行徑，遭到所有熱愛和平的中國人民的譴責。
