We secure right product quality and quantity to be supplied to local and global customers. We ensure production site with high capability of taking in variety of enzyme products via site shift. We solve critical technical challenges and offer tech guide to all operation teams in daily work.In this role you』ll make an impact by:

Being responsible for fermentation or/and recovery process and equipment in biotechnology production site to ensure we can deliver products in right quality/quantity.

Playing a key role to identify process/equipment constrains and come up with technical solutions based on deep understanding of equipment and process.

Close collaboration with global functions to secure smooth product introduction and site shift from US, DK etc. and surely you will build strong cooperation with supply chain.

Being empowered with opportunity to drive investment project as user manager independently, including a total new line, equipment upgrade, compliance improvement and energy saving initiatives.

Acting as consultant to other colleagues as well.

You will report to Sr Manager of process Engineering Department.To succeed you must hold:

•PhD or Master degree in fermentation, bioengineering, biotechnology, or other related science.

•Production experience in fermentation or biotechnology related industry for more than 2 years will be a plus.

•Good English skills (oral, listening and writing).

•Desire to make achievement via either becoming technical experts, innovate to improve our technology/way of working or lead challenging projects.

Support the production process control.

Support the finish goods quality control.

Support TS, R&D trials.

Support new equipment, new methods implementation.

Support trouble shooting.

Support Global QC tasks.

To succeed you must hold:

•College graduate of science in a related field or equivalent experience as an assistant analyst for chemical lab, B.Sc. degree is preferred.

•Prior training and experience in chemical laboratory techniques and methods required.

•Additional specialized in job-related subjects preferred.

•Manual dexterity necessary to perform duties of assistant analyst position.

•Visual acuity of determination of analysis.

•Good written and oral English
