1.其實類似的行為還有很多,像最常見的抖腿、說髒話也都是有好處的
坐久之後抖腿可以幫我們緩解壓力、促進血液循環,讓大腦保持清醒,增加學習工作效率
說髒話能讓我們減輕壓力、提升對疼痛的忍耐力,甚至有個統計學上的社會實驗,還提出說髒話的人,會更容易表達自己觀點,也更誠實
2.不過上述說的這些,最好都是在不影響別人的情況下,掌握好尺度,畢竟你要是在自習室的長凳上抖腿,被打了那指定是你的問題啊
