This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) requires that a by-election for the position of treasurer on the European Chamber’s Executive Committee be held for the remainder of the term in office (1 year).
As such, we invite you to join an online "Meet the Candidates" event where speeches by candidates will he heard. A question-and-answer moderated session will then take place with the opportunity for members to ask questions.
Due to the current COVID-19 control measures, this year's AGM and voting will be moved entirely on-line, and as such this will be the only opportunity for members to hear directly from the candidates for treasurer.
This event is open to all European Chamber members, but only members with voting-rights (the designated representative from the primary legal entity registered with the Chamber) will be entitled to vote on-line.

Voting Period: 10am, 19th May to 10am, 24th May
Online voting information will only be sent via email (noreply@electionrunner.com) to the designated representative of member companies from the primary legal entity registered with the Chamber.
Since voting at this year’s AGM will be conducted via online only, this will be the only opportunity for eligible members with voting rights to exercise their vote, with one vote per company.

The AGM is a member-only event and to participate you will need to register, and have your registration confirmed by email, by latest Tuesday 24th May.
Only the designated representative of member companies and individual members with voting rights that have paid the membership fees in respect of the year 2022, as well as any outstanding obligations for the previous year*, are eligible to vote.
