Competition profile
中國深圳創新創業大賽國際賽，旨在進一步促進人才、技術和資本的有機結合，吸引更多的海外人才來深創業、工作，遴選海外高端項目落戶深圳，推動深圳成為一座充滿魅力、動力、活力、創新力的國際化創新型城市。
The China (Shenzhen) Innovation & Entrepreneurship International Competitionaims to further promote the organic combination of talent, technology and capital, attract more overseas talents to start business and work in Shenzhen, select overseas high-end projects to settle in Shenzhen, and promote Shenzhen to become an international and innovative city full of charm, energy, vibrancy and creativity.
大賽分為報名、海外分站賽、懸賞賽、行業決賽、總決賽、頒獎典禮六個階段。大賽總獎金875萬元，分為總決賽獎、行業決賽獎、懸賞賽決賽獎、海外分站賽獎四部分。同時，大賽還將搭建大賽對接服務平台，通過設立大賽服務機構庫、專家庫，與合作投資機構成立創投資金池為參賽項目提供服務，並在創業空間、創業服務、人才政策等方面提供一系列的配套扶持政策。
The competition is divided into six stages: registration, overseas division competition, reward competition, industry final, grand final and award ceremony. The prize money of the competition is RMB 8.75 million, which is divided into four parts: grand final prize, industry final prize, reward final prize, and overseas division prize. Meanwhile, the competition will also set up a competition service platform to provide services for the participating projectsthrough establishingthe competition service institutions, expert pooland venture capital pool in cooperation with investment institutions and provide a series of supporting policies in entrepreneurial space, business services, talent policy and other aspects.

擁有創新成果和創業計劃的海外高層次創業團隊或個人。
Overseas high-level entrepreneurial teams or individuals with innovative achievements and entrepreneurial plans.
參賽者未在深圳註冊商事主體並擔任法定代表人或股東，且計劃賽後在深圳註冊成立企業或與深圳相關產業達成對接合作。
The participantdoesn’t registercommercial entities in Shenzhen,act as legal representatives or shareholders, and plan to set up enterprises in Shenzhen or reach cooperation with relevant industries in Shenzhen after the competition.
參賽項目的產品、技術或相關專利歸屬參賽者，與他人無產權糾紛，因侵權產生的責任由參賽者負責。
The products, technologies or related patents of the projects belong to the participants, and there is no property right dispute with others, and the participants are responsible for any liabilities arising from infringement.
曾獲得第一屆中國深圳海外創新人才大賽及歷屆中國深圳創新創業大賽獎項（含國內賽和國際賽）的選手及項目不能重複參加本屆大賽。
