On the serene shores of Yundang Lake stands a restaurant with something for everyone.

We settled in after a couple beers and prepared to surmount this sumptuous bounty. East and West collided in an explosion of flavor never before caught on camera. An insane medley of items from the Marć menu arranged in regal measure betwixt a THICCIberian porker's roasted halves.

When it was finished, we thanked Marć for his gracious hospitality and amazing kitchen skills. I'll never forget the sound of crispy pork skin giving way to the tender meat beneath. Within Xiamen's esteemed restaurant community, Marć deserves to bein your weekly rotation!
