The European Chamber Shanghai Chapter is proud to host the 6th annual Sustainable Business Awards (SBA).The 2022 edition will continue to put sustainability awareness at the forefront of its focus, recognising companies who push for sustainable economic growth, environmental care and social welfare.
Applications are open from 27th May to 4th July 2022.
What Are the Sustainable Business Awards?
Since being established in 2017, the European Chamber’s Sustainable Business Awards have been improving, growing, and promoting awareness. In collaboration with our knowledge partner, SynTao, the objective of the European Chamber SBA is to:

Why Should You Apply?
Demonstrate your company’s leadership in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Promote your brands at the awards ceremony on 15th September 2022. This year’s ceremony will feature the 6th anniversary of these awards and will be a large Chamber event in Shanghai. Hundreds of attendees will witness this critical moment with you (if the COVID situation by the time allows large on-site capacity).
Winners』 companies or organisations will be invited to Sustainable CEO Talks to share their cases.
What Do You Need to Know?
Application eligibility applies toall companies and organisations, whether they are members or not of the European Chamber.
Members of the European Chamber do not have an application fee; non-members do have a 2,500 RMB application fee.
There will be separate awards for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for each category.Please keep in mindapplications close on 4thJuly 2022and we encourage applicants to submit any relevant questions as soon as possible. When applying keep in mind we are looking for:

Onethorough and detailed case
Data and strong evidence to show your impact
Leadership and forward-thinking

How Will Winners Be Celebrated?
On 15th September 2022, the European Chamber will host a ceremony in Shanghai to award the winners of this year's edition. This event will celebrate the 6thanniversary of these awards with the presence of members, partners, representatives from EU Member States Consulates, and media.
