近日，中國集成電路設計業2021年會暨無錫集成電路產業創新發展高峰論壇在無錫開幕。

The CSIA-ICCAD 2021 Annual Conference & Wuxi IC Industry Innovation and Development Summit was a recent success in Wuxi.

會議為期兩天，將先後舉行高峰論壇、IP與IC設計服務、先進封裝與測試、EDA與IC設計創新等專題論壇，同時舉辦專業展覽，各方專家、企業代表將就集成電路產業發展相關議題進行深入研討與交流。

The two-day event included a summit forum and sub-forums focusing on intellectual property (IP) and integrated circuit (IC) design services, advanced packaging and testing, electronic design automation (EDA) and IC design innovation, among other topics. There was also an accompanying exhibition displaying the latest technological achievements. Experts and business representatives conducted in-depth discussions and gave insightful opinions on the development of the IC industry.

Wuxi’s IC industry, one of its pillars, boasts a complete industrial chain covering chip design, wafer manufacturing, packaging and testing, supporting materials and support services. A large number of competitive enterprises — state-owned, privately-run, or foreign funded — including representative companies such as China Key System & Integrated Circuit, CR Micro, JCET, SK Hynix, and Maxscend Microelectronics, have emerged and thrived amid the IC industry boom in Wuxi.

近日，工信部發布2021年度綠色製造名單公示，無錫高新區入選綠色工業園區公示名單，實現無錫零的突破！

The Wuxi National Hi-tech District (WND) was listed as a green industrial park by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology according to the recently published 2021 list. It is the first holder of the title in Wuxi, indicating the significant progress it has made in achieving green development.

無錫高新區作為國家生態工業示範園區，始終堅持綠色工業園區發展理念，堅持節約集約與產業高質量發展有機統一，大力推行綠色、低碳、循環生產模式，堅持節能減排，提高能源利用率。

As a national eco-industrial demonstration park, the WND has always adhered to the green path, promoted high-quality industrial development based on economical and intensive use of resources, and pushed for low-carbon and circular production models in order to reduce emissions and improve energy utilization efficiency.

下階段，無錫高新區將緊緊圍繞「碳達峰」「碳中和」目標，着力構建綠色產業和「6+2+X」現代產業體系；持續提升產業綠色化水平，加快製造業綠色技術改造升級；聚焦強化政策宣傳，優化企業服務，改善營商環境，全力促進企業發展。

To help achieve the carbon peak and neutrality targets, the WND will work hard to build green industries and form a "6+2+X" modern industrial system. Efforts will be made to accelerate upgrading and transformation of manufacturing green technology. The WND will also publicize its preferential policies to benefit more enterprises and help them go greener by providing them with better government service and an improved business environment.

近日，省發展和改革委員會網站公布消息《關於蘇南碩放國際機場飛行區改擴建及附屬工程項目核准的批覆》已辦結通過。這標誌着蘇南碩放國際機場飛行區，改擴建及附屬工程項目獲得批覆！

The Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently approved the reconstruction and expansion of the flight area of the Sunan Shuofang International Airport located in Xinwu district, Wuxi and its auxiliary engineering projects.

該項目主要包括在蘇南碩放國際機場飛行區內新建3條快速出口滑行道，並於飛行區北側機坪東側新建6個C類機位的停機坪，該項目將於2021年12月底開工建設。

The airport’s flight area will have three additional fast exit taxiways and six new aprons for category C aircraft to the east side of the existing apron on its north section. Construction will begin at the end of December.

該項目建成投用後，有利於提高機場服務保障能力和整體運行效率，進一步推動蘇南碩放機場區域性樞紐機場建設，助力無錫和江蘇民航事業高質量發展。

The project, once completed and put into use, will greatly boost the airport's capacity and overall operational efficiency, further promote the construction of a regional hub airport, and advance the high-quality development of civil aviation in Wuxi and Jiangsu province.
