概述 Overview

網紅商業成為一種趨勢後，一直致力於跳脫出周邊的環境，成為打卡目的地。商業景觀也是城市景觀的一部分，在崇左華潤萬象匯項目的景觀設計中，我們嘗試讓商業景觀與城市環境的邊界消失，融為一體；嘗試讓更多市民廣泛的參與進來，使其成為城市公園的一部分。

Web celebrity business has become a trend and has been committed to jumping out of the surrounding environment and becoming a clocking in destination. Commercial landscape is also a part of urban landscape. In our landscape design of Chongzuo ChinaResourcesMIXCProject, we try to make the boundary between commercial landscape and urban environment disappear and integrate. We try to get more people involved and make it a part of the city park.

崇左位於廣西西南部，崇左市的世界文化遺產左江花山岩畫繪製年代可以追溯到戰國至東漢時期，將朱紅色赤鐵礦粉，用動植物脂肪稀釋後用草把和鳥羽將簡練的人物和動物形象直接繪製在懸崖之上。

Chongzuo is located in the southwest of Guangxi, The Zuojiang Huashan rock paintings, a world cultural heritage site in Chongzuo City, date back to the Warring States to the Eastern Han Dynasty. Vermilion hematite powder was diluted with animal and plant fat, and then grass handlesand bird feathers were used to paint simple figures and animals directly on the cliffs.

景觀設計邏輯 Landscape design logic

1.邊界鏈接BoundaryLink

通過場地邊界與內外空間的相互滲透，使得場地外部與內部邊界消融。場地東北入口作為項目的主入口52米寬的空間形成3個層級的景觀感受。第1層級凸顯商業昭示性，第2層級拉快人行流速，第3層級將商業與城市緊密鏈接。

Through the mutual penetration of the site boundary and the internal and external space, the external and internal boundaries of the site melt. As the main entrance of the project, the northeast entrance of the site is 52 meters wide, forming three levels of landscape experience. The first level highlights the commercial publicity, the second level speeds up the pedestrian flow, and the third level closely links the commerce and the city.

東南入口廣場與市政路存在3m高差，需要通過面寬較大退台式的台階連通場地內外，緩解內外場地高差大帶來的不適感，通過設置樹池及加大綠化面軟化台階與廣場的硬交接，消除項目與城市的邊界感。

There is a 3M height difference between the southeast entrance square and the municipal road, so it is necessary to connect the inside and outside of the site through the steps with large width, so as to alleviate the discomfort caused by the large height difference between the inside and outside of the site. By setting up tree pools and increasing the green surface, the hard handover between the steps and the square can be softened, and the sense of boundary between the project and the city can be eliminated.

2.文化融合 The integration of cultural elements

北入口廣場作為場地最寬闊的沿街展示面，需要將商業及建築反應的文化元素做最大化展現。

As the widest Street display surface, the north entrance plazaneeds to maximize the cultural elements of commercial and architectural reaction.

北側廣場通過壯錦演化的鋪裝引導人流進入場地，花山壁畫人形元素提煉的景觀小品作為亮點點綴，與建築立面相互呼應，與在地文化進行融合。

The Northplazaguides people into the site through the Zhuang brocade of pavement. The landscape sketch refined by the human elements of Huashan mural is decorated with bright spots, which is in line with the building facade, and integrates with the local culture.

景觀設計風格上將休閒的地域文化和現代建築風格相結合，注重點線面的有機構成，景觀節點的轉承關係以及視線的通透性。由景觀道路引導的景觀軸線，連接小區的多個景觀組團，形成相互借景、對景的視覺感觀，無形間繼續放大了景觀尺度。

The landscape design style combines leisure regional culture with modern architectural style, paying attention to the organic composition of points, lines and planes, the transfer relationship of landscape nodes, and the transparency of sight. The landscape axis guided by the landscape road connects the multiple landscape groups of the community, forming a visual sense of mutual borrowing and opposing the landscape, which invisibly continues to enlarge the scale of the landscape.

通過綠林軸線聯繫，「方塊盒子」 組團凳之間形成的大大小小的景觀節點，並將現代元素與生態元素在景觀中的巧妙運用，軟景、硬景中細節的處理，共同形成一個豐富的景觀空間，移步異景，消融的邊界。

Through the connection of the green forest axis, thelandscape nodes of all sizes formed between the "square box" group stools, and the ingenious use of modern and ecological elements in the landscape, and the processing of details in the soft and hard scenes, together form a rich The space of the landscape, the shifting of different sceneries, the ablation of the boundaries.

城市公園融入Integration of urban parks

南側地塊以城市公園的概念打造，通過布置迎賓樹陣，營造入口空間的儀式感，導向鋪裝引導人群進入場地，布置活動區和休憩平台保證廣場使用功能。同時將多功能場地賦予不同功能，打造網紅聚會場地。布置趣味活動區，吸引遊人，增加場地人流量，同時豐富場地功能的多樣性。

The land on the south side is built in the concept of urban park. By arranging the array of welcoming trees, the sense of ceremony of the entrance space is created. Guided pavements guide people to enter the site, and activity areas and rest platforms are arranged to ensure the use function of the square. At the same time, the multi-functional venue is endowed with different functions to create a web celebrity party venue. The interesting activity area is arranged to attract visitors, increase the number of people in the site, and enrich the diversity of site functions.

屋頂花園通過增加3級台階，抬升標高0.45米的方法，解決活動空間覆土不足的問題，同時增加200平方米的休憩平台與1300平方米的活動平台，增強遊人體驗感。

The roof garden solves the problem of insufficient soil covering for the activity space by adding 3 steps and raising the elevation of 0.45 meters. Meanwhile, 200 square meters of rest platform and 1,300 square meters of activity platform are added to enhance the experience of visitors.

商業景觀設計只有通過前期對場地嚴謹的邏輯分析，才能將場地規劃得合理，使人擁有舒適、便利的使用感受，才能夠加深人的參與感、體驗感、幸福感，提升商業價值。
