全國宗教工作會議12月3日至4日在北京召開。中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平出席會議並發表重要講話，強調要全面貫徹新時代黨的宗教工作理論，全面貫徹黨的宗教工作基本方針，全面貫徹黨的宗教信仰自由政策，堅持我國宗教中國化方向，積極引導宗教與社會主義社會相適應。President Xi Jinping has stressed upholding the principle of developing religions in the Chinese context, and providing active guidance for the adaptation of religions to socialist society. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks while addressing a national conference on work related to religious affairs, held from Dec 3 to 4 in Beijing.
