Abstract:

The ecological and environmental effects caused by land use change have attracted global attention.Huaihai Economic Zone, as the core of the Huaihe River ecological economic belt, has experienced a reciprocalevolution of land use, ecological security and regional economic development. Based on multi-stage land use dataextracted by Google Earth Engine (GEE), the spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics of ecosystem servicevalue (ESV) evolution in Huaihai Economic Zone from 1998 to 2018 were analyzed with the help of ESV assessmentand a minimum accumulated resistance model (MCR), and the regional ecological security pattern (ESP) wasoptimized. The results show that ESV intensity has obvious spatial differentiation, which is higher in northeasternChina and lower in southwestern China. The median ESV area accounted for the largest proportion, while the highand low ESV areas accounted for a small proportion. The characteristics of EVS temporal and spatial differentiationshow decreasing and increasing grades. From the perspective of development period, the ESV grade changesshow a positive trend. In the optimization of the ecological security pattern, 26 important ecological sources, 22main landscape ecological corridors, and 65 ecological strategic nodes were optimized and identified, and themiddle-level ecological security zone accounted for the largest proportion. The main reasons for the changes in theESV and ESP are closely related to the changes in local natural resources and the changes and adjustments ingovernment protection policies. These research results can provide a reference for inter-provincial territorial spaceprotection and the formulation of a sustainable development strategy.

土地利用變化引起的生態環境效應受到全球關注。作為淮河生態經濟帶核心組成的淮海經濟區,其土地利用、生態安全與區域經濟發展發生着互饋演變。基於Google Earth Engine (GEE)提取多期土地利用數據,藉助生態系統服務價值(ESV)評估以及最小累計阻力模型(MCR),探討了1998–2018 年淮海經濟區的ESV 演變的時空分異特徵,優化了區域生態安全格局(ESP)。研究表明:ESV 強度存在明顯的空間分異,呈東北高、西南低的特徵。中值ESV 區面積比重最大,高、低值ESV 區的占比較小。ESV 呈現等級下降與升高並存的時空分異特徵。從發展時段看,ESV 等級變化呈現向好趨勢。生態安全格局優化中,優化識別重要生態源地26 個,主要景觀生態廊道22 條、生態戰略節點65 個,中水平生態安全區占比最大。ESV 和ESP 發生變化的主要原因與當地自然資源的變化和政府保護政策的改變與調整密切相關。研究結果可為跨省區的國土空間保護、制定可持續發展戰略提供參考。
